FAQ

Questions Agents Usually Ask Before Running Their First Campaign

Do I have to purchase multiple seminars to get started?
No. Activation is a one-time $999 and includes your complete system build plus two campaign credits. After that, campaigns are $349 each, or less per campaign in a credit pack, and you can order one at a time whenever you like.
Is advertising included in the LYNC campaign fee?
No, intentionally. You control your advertising budget and Meta bills your connected advertising account directly. This allows you to increase or decrease spend based on your market and objectives without LYNC marking up your media budget.
Do I have to buy direct lead campaigns?
No. Direct lead campaigns are completely optional — an add-on for agents who want leads without running a seminar or webinar. Nothing is charged for them unless you order one.
Is the $199 direct lead campaign a recurring charge?
No. It's one time per campaign: we write the ads, build the landing page, and launch it in your own Meta ad account. Relaunching a finished campaign is free. A new topic or fresh creative is another $199. An active monthly plan keeps your landing page, lead inbox, and alerts running.
Who pays for the advertising on a lead campaign?
You do — you set the budget and Meta bills your own connected advertising account directly, same as with seminar and webinar campaigns. The $199 covers the build and launch only.
How much should I spend on Meta advertising?
The minimum campaign advertising budget is $150. Many campaigns may benefit from approximately $250–$500 or more, depending on market size, campaign duration, competition, audience, and attendance goals. Higher spend can provide Meta with more opportunity to distribute and optimize the campaign, but no advertising budget guarantees a specific result.
What does LYNC actually do for each campaign?
Once your initial system is active, you answer a short set of questions — event details, timing, geographic market, and advertising budget. The system prepares the event-specific campaign: it updates your funnel, generates the creative, configures the advertising, checks tracking and lead routing, and tests the registration flow. You review a plain-language preview and approve it, and it launches.
How early should I schedule my event?
For your first campaign, approximately four weeks is recommended because your account, communication infrastructure, integrations, and event system still need to be configured. Repeat campaigns should generally be submitted approximately three weeks before the event whenever possible. Shorter timeframes may require review.
Do you guarantee registrations or attendance?
No. Marketing performance is influenced by many factors including geography, advertising budget, audience, timing, venue, competition, creative, Meta delivery, and market conditions. LYNC provides the system and campaign-management service but does not guarantee leads, registrations, attendance, appointments, policies, revenue, or ROI.
What happens to people who register but don't attend?
Their status can remain organized inside the event system rather than simply disappearing from the campaign. Where permitted and appropriate, eligible prospects can potentially receive future event opportunities or follow-up.
What happens after someone attends?
The system can track attendance, permission-to-contact status, appointments, and follow-up pathways so your team has a clearer process after the seminar.
Can I use my own Meta advertising account?
Yes. In fact, that's the intended structure. You maintain your advertising account and payment method while providing LYNC the appropriate authorized access needed to manage your campaign.
Does LYNC take my Facebook password?
No. Never provide LYNC your Facebook password. Access should be granted through Meta's authorized business-access tools.
Can I run Turning 65 events throughout the year?
Yes. One of the primary strategies behind LYNC Connect is helping agents move beyond depending only on AEP. A quarterly Turning 65 campaign strategy can provide planned prospecting opportunities throughout the year.
Do you offer AEP campaign packages?
Yes. Agents planning multiple AEP seminars can purchase a four-campaign package and schedule their event dates ahead of time.
Can agencies use this, or is it only for individual agents?
Both. LYNC Connect is being designed for independent agents as well as agencies that want a repeatable seminar acquisition system. Larger multi-agent or multi-market deployments may require a custom implementation.
Can I run webinars instead of physical seminars?
Yes. LYNC Webinars is an optional add-on supporting live and on-demand webinar strategies. You can use webinar campaigns independently or alongside physical events.
Can I use my own webinar video?
Yes. Depending on the webinar configuration, you may use an available LYNC presentation, record your own using the provided framework, or provide an existing presentation.
Do I own my leads?
Your original client and prospect data belongs to your business. LYNC retains ownership of its proprietary system architecture, workflows, templates, automation framework, and underlying intellectual property.
Do I have access to the CRM?
Where applicable, clients can receive access to the operational portions of the event CRM needed to manage contacts, conversations, appointments, and event opportunities. The proprietary automation and system architecture remain managed by LYNC.
Is this part of LYNC CRM?
LYNC Connect is a dedicated acquisition and event-marketing product inside the larger LYNC ecosystem. It can work as a standalone service or alongside qualifying LYNC CRM services.
What does the monthly plan cost?
Your monthly plan is priced by how many users you need on the account: $49/month for up to 3 users, $99/month for up to 10, $199/month for up to 25, and $399/month for up to 100. Larger brokerages and FMOs are handled on enterprise plans. Every plan can be paid yearly at ten months instead of twelve.
Do campaign credits expire?
Credits stay usable for as long as your plan is active, and we always use your oldest credits first. If your plan lapses, credits freeze rather than disappear, and they come back if you resubscribe within twelve months.
Is texting and emailing an extra cost?
The registration, confirmation, reminder and follow-up messaging for your campaigns is included in the campaign price. Your advertising budget is separate and paid to Meta directly, and the one-time registration for your own text-messaging number is passed through at cost.
Does the webinar system cost extra per user?
No. The $499 webinar unlock is one time and opens the webinar system for every user on your account. A promoted webinar campaign uses the same $349 campaign credit as a seminar.
